We truly enjoyed king room provided with a nice bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the town plus the lovely flowers. The breakfast was exceptionally good and absolutely fantastic with different delicious home baked pies.

Wonderful location near the clock tower, delicious and incredible breakfast. Based so close to bars, local shops and the shopping area, the restaurants, the port, the supermarket...

I would definitely return and can't recommend it highly enough to others. the breakfast is delicious, and the location is magnificent, just steps away from a flower-filled garden, a beautiful beach on the other side of the island, and nearby shops.

I stayed at Twin House Spetses for 5 nights and loved every moment. the hotel had delicious food and the staff was extremely polite. Its location is perfect—it's close to Spetses, local shops, and a stunning beach on the other side of the island. Plus, it’s very near the port.

Breakfast with delicious home-made Greek pastries, to cooked tarta's and cakes. Reasonably large room with the lovely flowers, fridge and a nice bathroom and particularly good and incredible breakfast to start the day;)))

I keep returning to a wonderful accommodation with helpful staff, who even provided me with a local taxi number during my first stay. It suits me perfectly, offering Free Wi-Fi, Laundry, Flat-screen TV, and Air conditioning. I always choose it for my business trips without regrets.

The rooms are in beautiful condition, with adequate air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer days. The hotel's location in the center of this calm area is perfect, as it is close to the port and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, ensuring that you have a comfortable stay.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are reasonable considering the amenities provided. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with lovely flowers adding a touch of charm. The location is perfect, situated in a very calm area in the center, close to shops and restaurants.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The hotel is conveniently situated near both the new port with easy access, albeit a bit noisy and the Spetses downtown hub. Guests can enjoy a beautiful garden courtyard and some rooms with balconies, fresh towels every day, air conditioning, and great Greek pies/cakes during breakfast.

There was a weak Wi-Fi signal in some rooms.

The owner of the property was delightful and charming. Her breakfasts were delicious and we ate far more than we should have done! The location of the property was very central but not noisy, and it was incredibly clean, tidy, and comfortable. Additionally, we appreciated the well-appointed rooms with a comfortable bed, fridge, TV, and powerful air conditioning. The balcony overlooking the town was a nice touch, and the fresh bath towels provided daily were a nice luxury. The free breakfast, featuring homemade Greek pies/cakes, cereal, fresh fruit, bread. The owner, Efy, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to do, places to eat. We highly recommend this place!
